Your tasks:
- Construction project management, German construction law (DIN, VDE, etc.)
- Subcontract management, construction cost control and scheduling
- VOB contract provisions
- Review and confirmation of formal legal documents e.g. insurance policies, SiGe plan, fire protection of the construction site, etc.
- Construction supervision
- Risk analysis of HOAI service phase 8
- Control of the correctness of the construction site daily record keeping
- Coordination of work planning
- Coordination with the client and construction supervision
- Completed university studies in architecture or civil engineering
- Business fluent in English and German
- Several years of professional experience in the field of project management and realization of construction projects
- Solid technical knowledge
- Experience in awarding and contracting (VOB)
- Knowledge of the German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI)
- Structured way of working and analytical thinking

- Technical building services supplementary manager and construction contract engineer
- Technical and commercial handling of medium to large projects in the field of technical building equipment, in particular in the trades of heating, cooling and air-conditioning technology
- Preparation of bills of quantities, specifications and participation in tender costing as well as consistent application of project management systems
- Leading the project team and instructing subcontractors in the technical building equipment trades
- Conducting negotiations and technical clarification of facts with customers and suppliers Documentation of all contractual agreements within the contract
- Design and specification of equipment, control systems and plant components
- Technical project responsibility and supervision of installation until handover to the customer Responsible for risk management with regard to the economic result
- Ensuring the technical execution, commissioning as well as carrying out acceptances
- You have a degree in supply engineering, process engineering or mechanical engineering and enjoy handling projects in the field of building services engineering.
- You have gained several years of experience in project management in project planning and project execution. You have already been able to successfully demonstrate your associated expertise as well as your extensive knowledge in the field of building services engineering with a focus on heating, cooling and air conditioning technology.
- In addition to a confident handling of MS Office applications, you can demonstrate good knowledge of contract law as well as regulations and standards (DIN , BGB).
- You efficiently use your strong service and customer orientation as well as tact in negotiation talks and manage to achieve your goals through a high degree of assertiveness and excellent time management.
- You are characterised by a high degree of quality awareness, your distinctive entrepreneurial thinking and action as well as an independent and results-oriented way of working.
- Your profile is rounded off by your distinctive communication skills, a high willingness to perform, the ability to work under pressure and the ability to work in a team.
